Parenting Classes
ECC offers parenting classes for those with young children.
Call us at 605-342-6464 to find out dates for the next “Understanding Me up to Age Three” classes.
Child Passenger Safety
ECC works with SD DSS and regional partners to distribute free car seats to families on any form of State assistance. ECC employs two Child Passenger Safety Technicians who demonstrate proper car seat safety techniques and installation to parents.
Am I eligible?
You must be on South Dakota State Assistance to qualify for this program.
Where and how do I get a carseat?
We offer car seats at the ECC office but have multiple locations for car seat pick up in the Black Hills area. Call us to schedule an appointment to pick up a car seat 605-342-6464.
